Service Industry Association (SIA) Members and Guests Join from Throughout Europe for a Roundtable Discussion in Scotland

European Service Leaders Gather to Discuss Collaboration and Customer Support

SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Service Industry Association (SIA), a non-profit association of enterprises involved in the support of high technology products, announced the completion of another successful roundtable discussion, held July 25 in Stirling, Scotland. Hosted by Efficient Client Services, the meeting took place in the historic Touch Centre where service leaders from Denmark, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, The Netherlands and the US gathered for the session.

Participants began with a discussion around partnerships, including those with competitors, addressing the unique opportunities and challenges of collaboration in Europe. The second portion dealt with the challenges of servicing end-users’ installed equipment in the current European environment.
