The SIA mission promotes Partnerships & Customer Choices

promoting-partnershipsThe Mission of Service Industry Association is to create a forum where service partnerships are made and business transactions are completed and to serve as a forum where every member can enhance their business and to take collective action for the betterment of the industry whenever necessary. This includes fostering relationships between ISOs and OEMs and building bridges for communications.

The SIA is instrumental in fighting for Digital Equipment Owner's Rights as a member of the non-profit corporation, Digital Right to Repair. SIA supports other Owner's rights groups such as Owner's Right to Repair and Righttorepair.org.
