clear.gif (43 bytes)Open environment of support for today’s high technology equipment is the newly defined mission of the Independent Service Network International (ISNI) and the focus of this monumental event in the service industry. ISNI is creating an atmosphere for servicers, manufacturers, users, vendors, and developers of computing systems to work together on common issues to enhance the interoperability, supportability and effectiveness of today’s multi vendor environments in the computer, medical, and high end copier industries. By being a part of this conference, you are shaping the future of the service industry and your company’s destiny.

OPEN clear.gif (43 bytes)This year’s expo will bring together all forces in the service industry to effect a change and enhance an open environment of user choices by creating forums between vendors, servicers and users. Education, Communications, Networking, Information - The action packed three day agenda includes sessions which address each of these. In addition to the business agenda, the event provides vendor exhibits, a golf tournament, social receptions and a grand finale event.
SUPPORT.gif (1922 bytes) clear.gif (43 bytes)The 1998 ISNI Conference will be a valuable educational venue for obtaining and sharing practical information with real “take home” value in areas ranging from “What’s happening in the industry” such as: Mergers & Acquisitions (all issues) how they affect life-after; How to solve the year 2000 system problem; ISO 9000 and your companies certification process; The current progress in the courts & congress which affect the service industry; How to use your maintenance contracts as collateral for financing your company; The FDA’s ANPR on regulating non-OEM medical device service providers; Hardware services subcontracting and Public Relations.
environments.gif (1852 bytes) clear.gif (43 bytes)A major industry focus meeting of servicers, manufacturers, users, vendors, the major publications, and affiliated associations will be held as an adjunct to the ISNI Conference for the purpose of developing a working industry platform for the
promotion of open support environments with the results communicated to the conference participants on Tuesday afternoon.
